The mission of the Coweta Performance Learning Center is to provide students the opportunity to successfully learn, stay in school, develop marketable skills, graduate from high school, and become pruductie citizens.

Governing Pinciples of the PLC
1. Each student will master both a body of knowledge and skills, and a set of marketable workplace skills that prepare him/her for academic, technical success in college or work.
2. The climate of the center emphasizes values of caring, high expectations, trust, dignity, and a professional learning environment. Each student in partnership with the staff will develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
3. A guilding principal of the PLC is that the student are responsible for their own education and the teacher acts as a learning facilitator.
4. Learning is documented and assessed with tools based on mastered skills and performance-based outcomes.
5. Intensive support and resources are provided to assist students to meet all the standards.
6. Parents and local community members are essential collaborators and vital members of the PLC.
