Who should take Pre-Engineering?
Anyone who is interested in a career field that is challenging and full of opportunities.
Anyone who isnt afraid of rewarding work and having fun all at the same time.
Anyone who excels in Math and Science and enjoys working with their hands.
Anyone who wants to use all the knowledge they have learned since they started school and apply it to what they are doing.
Anyone who can think logically, enjoys solving problems, and likes to work in an independent atmosphere.
Nontraditional students (girls and minorities) because there are lots of opportunities for nontraditional students who are interested in a career in the engineering field.

Engineers uses math and science along with the knowledge already gained by others to develop new and better ways of doing things and to use our natural resources.

In the Pre Engineering class you will:
perform hands-on experiments, learn about different engineering and engineering related careers, work on thinking skills, work on communication skills, complete engineering related projects, review engineering marvels, enhance your interviewing skills, listen to guest speakers who talk about what is going on in their field and find out about the skills they are looking for in future employees.

In this first course we focus our attention on the engineering field of Manufacturing.
During the term team members gain knowledge and have hands-on experiences working in one or more of the 6 different CELLs offered through program.
Those six CELLs include:
