The Teacher Pipeline is part of Work-Based Learning. The Pipeline consists of supervised internships combined with instructional activities. Interns compile a portfolio that is taken with them to college and may exempt them from certain college requirements. Team members work with experienced elementary and middle school teachers to view the profession “from the other side of the desk.”
